The apartment was absolutely perfect for a couple like us. The location was not too far from the train station and had a convenient water bus station nearby. Paola, the owner, was incredibly friendly and even provided us with waterproof boots. She also recommended a fantastic restaurant. We were thrilled to find a TV with YouTube and Netflix, making our evenings super entertaining. The washing machine, which was also a dryer, was a huge bonus. everything was in great condition and we will definitely book this apartment again.

Paola was an absolutely amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure to check in with us before and during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect - nestled away from the hustle and bustle, but with plenty of fantastic bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Despite a minor issue with the toilet, which was promptly fixed within minutes, our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive.

We had a great experience staying at a beautiful and well, decorated apartment in a quiet street just off the tourist roads. Riccardo, the host's brother, was extremely friendly and helpful, meeting us at the apartment and providing us with valuable tips about Venice. the location of the apartment was perfect , away from the crowds but still easily accessible to the center. We enjoyed a pleasant 30, minute walk to Rialto and San Marco areas, passing by charming cafes and restaurants along the way. the apartment itself felt cozy and like a home away from home. Highly recommended. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 💯.

Free WiFi and air conditioning, perfect for my Instagram addiction and staying cool while pretending I'm in the Renaissance. The property is conveniently close to Basilica San Marco and Basilica dei Frari, for all your holy selfie needs.
Just what I needed, another garden view from a balcony. I've always wanted to watch the grass grow while on vacation.

We had a fantastic Easter break at this property. The host, Veronica, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She even picked us up from the boat station and gave us some great tips for our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect - a quiet neighborhood with plenty of charming restaurants and cafes. It was just a short walk to the bustling main streets, and we enjoyed strolling to Rialto and San Marco, taking in the beautiful sights along the way.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. we were surprised by an additional cash cleaning fee upon arrival, which was later double charged on our credit card.
